Terms of use
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses PokéLobby, as a guest or with an account. PokéLobby is run by the private individual who runs PokéLobby ("we"). By using the site you agree to them.
1. The service
PokéLobby helps players find live raid groups for Pokémon games. It is free to use. We try to keep it running and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change, pause or end it. If we end it, we will announce this on the site in advance where possible.
2. Who can use it
You can play as a guest without giving any contact details. To create an account you must be at least 16, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Keep your login details safe; don't share your account.
3. Rules for what you post
Nicknames, in-game names and lobby notes are visible to other players. You are responsible for what you enter. It is not allowed to:
- post anything illegal, or insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or sexual content;
- share personal information about yourself or others (phone numbers, addresses, social media to contact minors, etc.);
- impersonate other people, PokéLobby staff, Nintendo or The Pokémon Company;
- advertise, spam lobbies, or trade Pokémon or items for real money;
- offer hacked, cloned or cheated Pokémon;
- use bots or scripts, or try to break, overload or get around the site's protections.
Nicknames are checked automatically for blocked words. Lobbies close by themselves when their host leaves.
4. Reporting content
If you see content that is illegal or breaks these rules, email support@pokelobby.com with: where it is (lobby or player nickname, page address), what the problem is and why, and your name and email (you may leave these out when reporting child sexual abuse material). We confirm receipt, review every report carefully and tell you what we decided. This address is also our single point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act. You can write to us in English or Greek.
5. What we can do and your right to appeal
If content or behaviour breaks these terms or the law, we may change or remove a nickname or in-game name, close a lobby, or temporarily or permanently block a guest profile or account. We act proportionately and consider the rights and interests of everyone involved. When we restrict you, we tell you why (unless the content is clearly spam or we are not allowed to). You can object by replying or writing to support@pokelobby.com within six months; a person reviews every objection. You can also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or a court.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account or guest profile at any time on your profile. We may end your use of the service for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
7. Pokémon, Nintendo and other rights
PokéLobby is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon names, characters, images and game titles are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. If you own rights to something shown on the site and want it changed or removed, contact support@pokelobby.com.
Raids and trades happen inside your game, between you and other players. We don't control what other players do there.
8. Advertising
PokéLobby is free and may show ads to cover its running costs. Ads are clearly marked and come from third parties such as Google. We don't check every ad and aren't responsible for advertisers' products, websites or offers. Personalised ads and ad cookies are only used with your consent; see the privacy policy. Don't click ads on purpose to generate revenue, and don't use tools that fake ad views or clicks.
9. Liability
The service is free. We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited. Otherwise we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for a free service like this. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms, for example when we add features. We show the date of the last change at the top, and we announce important changes on the site before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of the country where we are based; if you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
